The penthouse apartment was perfect for an extended stay, with a great kitchen and ample utensils. The location was quiet and only a short walk to the city center. The staff was great, showing genuine interest in our enjoyment of Pachuca. The outdoor room for laundry was a convenient addition.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel-like apartment. The kitchen was well-equipped for two people, and the outdoor laundry room was convenient. The location is peaceful and only a short walk from the city center.

Overpriced and lacking amenities. The apartment was equipped with a few pots and dishes which were helpful for our Xmas dinner. The location was quiet due to being a little further away. We managed to walk to the center in around 15 minutes, so this made it a good choice. An additional outdoor room was appreciated for washing and hanging laundry.
Not worth the cost. The apartment was overpriced for what we received.

The hotel was not located in the lively part of town. it was not a far walk to get to some of the sights. the kitchen was stocked with enough items to make a meal if we didn't want to eat out. they had a cozy outdoor space to dry your clothes. the staff was very welcoming and engaging, making us feel at home.
The bathroom was not as clean as we had hoped.

We rented a small apartment recently, and we were happy to see that the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. the hotel staff was always friendly and helpful with all our questions about the location. Another great feature was the laundry room, perfect for washing and drying our clothes after a long day.
the water temperature was a bit of a problem - either too hot or not working at all.
